Embarking on a rewarding journey through Turkey’s dynamic healthcare landscape.
Our first destination: Istanbul! It has been an exhilarating experience connecting with local partners and industry leaders, exploring new opportunities, and nurturing invaluable relationships.
I want to express my gratitude to our kind hosts for their nice welcome and engaging conversations:
• Guven Gurbuizer and Zeynel Avcılar (Betatech)
• Alican Bey (Eldawlia/ISuture)
• Adnan Midani and Khaled Anatour (GMD)
• Kamil Saruhan (Doğsan)
• Cem Aygul (Yü-Ce)
Next, a heartwarming reunion with our trusted friends at Katsan Medical Devices in Izmir. Strengthening our partnership is always a pleasure. Special thanks to Mert Celtikoglu, Begüm Yeşilkavak, Merve Tokgoz, and the entire team for their warm welcome. Our collaboration transcends the typical customer-supplier relationship; it’s a shared commitment to bring cutting-edge medical solutions to life.
Katsan combines expertise in surgical medical device production with innovative thinking to create physician and patient-centered solutions. Their manufacturing facility spans over 2600m² and adheres to ISO class 8 cleanroom standards. A company committed to advancing the healthcare sector with a skilled team producing top-quality medical equipment.
In Ankara, we had the pleasure of visiting Tulpar, a pioneering organization in sports surgery and arthroscopy. Their commitment to quality and international standards is evident in all their products.
Next on our journey was NAFX, a global manufacturer and distributor specializing in external fixator systems and arthroscopic implants. Their dedication to innovation and quality has made them a prominent player in the field, serving healthcare professionals worldwide.
And finally, we wrapped up our Turkish leg with a visit to Doratek. A company renowned for providing innovative products and distinctive business solutions to the healthcare industry. Their commitment to quality and sustainable development is evident in their branded medical product line, serving both local and global markets.
These visits have not only strengthened our existing partnerships but have also opened doors to exciting collaborations in the healthcare sector. We are grateful to our hosts for their kind hospitality and insightful discussions.
As we set our sights on Iran, our dedication to sutures, orthopedics, and sports medicine remains unwavering. Stay tuned for more updates from our journey!
