Flexibility with industrial scalability

The Atelier: Engineering complexity into manufacturing simplicity.

Innovation in implantable textiles is no longer limited by design. It is increasingly limited by manufacturability. Many advanced concepts remain inside R&D because they cannot be produced consistently or economically. The Atelier was created to remove this limitation.

Its proprietary manufacturing platform enables continuous production of highly customized implantable textile structures, including:

• Hybrid sutures incorporating bioactive materials where clinically required
• Variable-programming sutures with continuously changing architectures
• Mass-preserving tapered sutures
• Bifurcated and quadrifurcated structures

Each manufacturing cell can be configured for dedicated customer programs, combining flexibility with industrial scalability. The objective is not simply producing complex structures. It produces them repeatedly, economically and at commercial scale.
